Our Aims

HAPP was formed by a small group of the current membership and has expanded over time.  All the schools in the group are committed to the aims of HAPP and these aims seek to support the school development plans of the individual schools.  

• to focus on improving pupil learning and outcomes across the Partnership
• to work together to safeguard children
• to support and promote the wellbeing of staff across the Partnership
• to secure close working relationships with members of external agencies in the District and County
• to provide continuing professional development for all staff throughout the Partnership
• to promote continuity across all phases of education and ensure a smooth and positive transition between phases for all our pupils
• to promote curriculum progression for pupils across phases
• to provide additional enrichment opportunities for pupils over and above those provided by each individual school
• to promote an inclusive approach throughout all our schools and within the Partnership
• to develop a joint response to national and local initiatives
• to identify opportunities to maximise value for money
• to continually explore potential ways to share resources in: catering, grounds, personnel, data etc.
• to embrace and engage with the potential for shared staff development and staffing, marketing and recruitment
